As Service General Manager, Greg McDonald leads the team that provides operations and maintenance services for over 700 facilities.  These include industrial, commercial and institutional clients serviced by our direct field force of HVAC service technicians, controls technicians and electricians.  Greg is also responsible for operations and maintenance for our Energy Conservation Programs that include significant mechanical upgrades, lighting retrofit, building automation systems, water conservation and system assurance. These services include central plant optimization, tenant billings, and outsourced Integrated Facility Services, where we assume responsibility for all technical trades in a building.

He has over 23 years experience in service and maintenance management and performance contracting. Services include HVAC maintenance, equipment bar coded tasking, and electronic work order system for over 10,000 pieces of equipment serving 8,000,000 square feet of occupant space.

Greg is instrumental in providing customer service for our clients and has been recognized with several awards demonstrating the same:  MCAA Innovation Award; MSCA Green Star Contractor; Service Development Corporation’s Contractor of the year; and most recently, the World Class Customer Service Award.

Greg earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Distribution Management at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is an active member of International Facility Manager’s Association, the City of Strongsville Economic Development Committee and the City of Strongsville Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. McDonald also maintains a leadership role in SECorps, which is an invitation-only organization, developed to improve people and companies in the HVAC service and related technical businesses.
