
Kelly Tisdale is the General Manager of The Energy Services Division of The Brewer-Garrett Company. He manages the team of energy professionals providing Energy Services Performance Contracting to the educational, commercial and industrial marketplace. By utilizing Brewer-Garrett’s in-house engineering, design, construction and service expertise his team has successfully completed many of the most progressive energy conservation performance contracts throughout the Midwest. His focus is to work with new and existing customers to develop customer driven programs that conserve energy, reduce costs and improve bottom line results. Kelly assembles the resources to configure and install programs that include innovative solutions for lighting, HVAC mechanical systems, building automation systems, water conservation and system assurance, process utilities, fire, and security systems.
Kelly is a Certified Energy Manager, Distributed Generation Certified Professional and a Certified Demand-Side Management Professional. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Kent State University. He has over 25 years experience in project development, system design, service and auditing of many of the most innovative programs in his industry. Kelly has appeared on TV, radio, in newspapers and trade magazines, and has presented at countless conferences and workshops on advanced energy topics.
