As Special Projects Manager, Terry Bardwell is responsible for the development of customer-driven, cost effective and maintenance-friendly mechanical design solutions. He has 40 years of technical experience creating and maintaining engineering standards and procedures, which assures the quality of Brewer-Garrett’s mechanical design work. Terry’s expertise includes mechanical systems upgrades, central plant boiler/chillers, building automation systems and commissioning.

Terry earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Ohio State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Cleveland Engineering Society and the American Society of Sanitary Engineers.
