
Facility Services Sales Team Leader
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Facility Services Sales Team Leader to grow the Facility Services business through the generation of new, multi-year service agreements that incorporate staffing, energy services and our traditional HVAC & Electrical Assured Service Programs. This position is responsible for prospecting and qualifying target customers whose annual utility costs are greater than $500,000. This includes leading a team to determine scope of work, reviewing financial data and creating a financial model, presenting proposals that clearly outline the program including financial and intangible benefits for the customer, and working with operations to transition to the account.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years sales experience selling to C-level clients. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and dedicated to creating their own success. You must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are seeking a highly creative, passionate and driven individual who has a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
Service Sales Representative
We are seeking a career-oriented individual to join our Service Sales team in the Cleveland area. Responsibilities include developing new business by selling service agreements to commercial and industrial customers.
Our approach to service is unlike anything most prospective customers have experienced in the past. A “Total Cost of Ownership” model is used to show prospective clients how buying from The Brewer-Garrett Company can positively impact their bottom line. We use a very consultative and value-added sales approach.
Successful candidates should have a desire to obtain a professional career in sales, a bachelor’s degree and less than 3 years work experience. A base salary is provided plus incentive based on sales secured.
Service Project Sales Representative
Our Service Sales team is in need of a Service Project Sales Representative who will pursue leads from our existing service customer base of business, prospect for new sales opportunities in the industrial & commercial markets, and qualify customers. You will develop an understanding of the customer's needs and design a solution to meet or exceed their expectations. This involves estimating and pricing customized solutions, proposing & closing projects with the customer, coordinating execution of projects with internal and external Company resources, and assisting in the design and production of sales & marketing tools.
The Successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in commercial or industrial service as a service technician, estimator, project manager, service manager or sales representative. Superior communication and organization skills are necessary for success in this role.
