Facility Services Program Saves Owner $1,000,000 Annually
 Located in the heart of the Central Business District in Cleveland,The Galleria & Tower at Erieview presented Brewer-Garrett with a unique opportunity to upgrade antiquated mechanical systems and provide an on-site maintenance staff, all while guaranteeing the owner over $1,000,000 in annual cost savings.
Brewer-Garrett provided new boilers, chillers, controls, pumps and cooling towers during a construction process that could not compromise the comfort of the tenants and customers of this one million square foot property. Brewer-Garrett also arranged for owner financing and has assured the new systems and services would provide the owner with positive cash flow for 10 years.
In addition, since Brewer-Garrett has taken over the on-site staff, the number of open work orders has been reduced.
