Project Engineer/Senior Project Designer

Due to our continued growth, we have an outstanding opportunity available for a Project Engineer/Senior Project Designer to join our fast-paced Construction team. We are seeking a dynamic team-player to manage the engineering and design of HVAC and plumbing systems projects in commercial, industrial, educational and institutional environments.

The qualified candidate will have 5 or more years relevant experience, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME preferred). PE is a definite plus. Superior communication and organization skills are necessary for success in this position.


Energy Engineer/Auditor

We are in search of an Energy Engineer/Auditor to join our innovative Energy Services team. Our Energy Services team implements energy conservation measures and utilizes the most strategic, cost effective energy supply sources to reduce overall energy costs. We are seeking a dynamic team-player who has the willingness to learn and grow within the department. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity both in engineering and sales.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years related experience (we will consider experience through internships) and a Bachelors degree in Engineering. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role. Strong computer skills are required.

Controls Engineer/Energy Auditor

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to not only partake in the actual implementation of energy conservation projects, but further, after project implementation is complete, you will continue to monitor, maintain and audit energy consumption. Daily tasks will include utilization of state of the art building, central chilled water, and central heating plant control systems, ongoing retro-commissioning of building HVAC systems, as well as development of new energy reduction strategies to further improve system performance. Additionally, you will have daily interaction with customers and will be responsible for preparing and making presentations on a routine basis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), along with 5 or more years relevant experience and a comprehensive understanding of building automation and HVAC systems. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented and have superior communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the desire to succeed and grow in a dynamic environment.

Commissioning Agent

Our Energy Services is currently seeking a Commissioning Agent to liaison between contractors, designers and customers to develop commissioning plans, write and install commissioning specifications into bid documents, and review bid documents to offer potential improvements and/or offer comment on projected energy consumption. Additional responsibilities include developing additional business, attending/participating in meetings throughout the construction cycle, and developing functional testing for contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, five plus years relevant experience with a strong mechanical or building automation background. The ability to review mechanical, electrical and plumbing design is required. Excellent communication and customer relation skills are an absolute must. To be successful in this role, you must have a desire to expand business opportunities.
