Cleveland Metropolitan School District

In 2016 and 2017, we helped Cleveland Metropolitan School District significantly upgrade three of its school buildings using a design-build procurement model. All projects were completed in the summer months to minimize impact on students and staff:

Edison Local Schools

This facility improvement project was originally phased to be installed over two years, but our design-build team developed a fast-tracked execution strategy that completed the entire project within just one year. Our approach involved executing work during the school year when the building was occupied. We ensured the protection of students and staff throughout the process by adhering to a strict safety and detailed scheduling policy.
