Care Alliance is a non-profit community health center. With a new company-owned building, Care Alliance required an on-site maintenance presence, upgraded HVAC program, project management, physical security, and housekeeping services—not only at the new building, but within its existing clinical spaces housed in HUD properties.


The original owner of the building had selected a facilities management program that was FTE-based, rather than performance-based. After four months under this program, Care Alliance realized that a different solution was needed.

Brewer-Garrett developed a performance-based integrated facilities management program to support the needs of Care Alliance.


Our performance-based relationship means that Care Alliance can count on Brewer-Garrett to ensure that all their facilities needs, from maintenance to security to housekeeping, are met. So Care Alliance can focus on their mission of making healthcare accessible to all who need it.
