Swagelok, a global manufacturer and industry leader in gas and fluid system components, selected BG to support the expansion of its Solon, Ohio headquarters through a 128,885 square foot addition designed to unite operations under one roof. BG delivered comprehensive HVAC and building systems upgrades to seamlessly integrate the new and existing spaces while enhancing comfort, efficiency, and performance. The project included advanced rooftop HVAC systems with variable air volume controls, specialized laboratory ventilation with high-performance filtration, and a fully integrated building automation system that centralized facility monitoring and operations. Throughout construction, BG remained agile and collaborative, accommodating evolving design requests while maintaining project momentum.
