BG delivered a comprehensive energy conservation project for Eastpointe Community Schools; designed to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and modernize critical building systems across four (4) facilities; totaling more than 433,000 square feet. The project included HVAC upgrades, boiler replacements, enhanced building automation controls, and LED lighting improvements that increased performance while extending equipment life cycles. By refurbishing existing systems where possible and implementing high-efficiency technologies, the District achieved significant long-term savings without disrupting daily operations. With more than $1.5 million in guaranteed savings over 20 years, the project demonstrates how strategic infrastructure investments can create healthier, more sustainable learning environments while maximizing taxpayer dollars.
