City of Brook Park
Brook Park, OHEnergy Efficiency Project
BG partnered with the City of Brook Park to transform their nearly 100,000-square-foot recreation center into a modern, energy-efficient community hub serving both residents and municipal operations. Originally built in 1967, the facility required major infrastructure upgrades and a strategic redesign to accommodate the relocation of City Hall and City Council offices. BG delivered comprehensive lighting retrofits, HVAC and rooftop unit replacements, a new spray polyurethane foam roofing system, and a building automation system to improve efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance. By repurposing underutilized space and consolidating municipal services under one roof, BG helped the City of Brook Park to reduce operational costs while creating a more functional, community-centered destination designed to serve residents for decades to come.
